DEED, responsible for THE WEBSITE, assumes the commitment to process its users’ and clients’ information with full guarantees and to comply with the national and European requirements that regulate the collection and use of users’ personal data.

THE WEBSITE, therefore, rigorously complies with the GDPR (EU REGULATION 2016/679 on data protection) and the LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002, of July 11th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).

General Terms and Conditions of Use

The personal data communicated by the user to DEED may be stored in automated or non-automated databases, whose ownership corresponds exclusively to DEED. DEED assumes all the technical, organisational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained in these databases in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Communication between users and DEED uses a secure channel, and the data transmitted is encrypted thanks to HTTPS protocols. Therefore, we guarantee the best security conditions so that the confidentiality of the users is guaranteed.


Users may file claims by sending an e-mail to info@deedspain.com indicating their name and surname, the service and/or product purchased and stating the reasons for their claim.

Payment of the Service

In line with DEED’s internal policy, users are informed that payment for the service must be made at the time and in the manner stipulated in the proposal and the contract. DEED reserves the right to file a claim in the event of non-compliance. The user who does not pay according to the agreement will be given a period of time in which DEED will give regular notices.

Intellectual and Industrial Property rights

By virtue of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the way in which all or part of the contents of THE WEBSITE are made available, for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorisation of DEED, is expressly prohibited. The user undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by DEED.

The user knows and accepts that the entirety of THE WEBSITE, including but not limited to the text, software, content (including the structure, selection, order and presentation of the same), podcasts, photographs, audiovisual material and graphics, is protected by trademarks, copyright and other legitimate rights, in accordance with the international treaties to which Spain is a party and other property rights and laws of Spain.

In the event that a user or third party considers that their legitimate intellectual property rights have been violated by the introduction of a certain content on THE WEBSITE, they must notify DEED of this circumstance, indicating:

Personal data of the interested party who is the owner of the allegedly infringed rights, or indicating the representation with which he acts in case the claim is presented by a third party other than the interested party.

The contents protected by intellectual property rights and their location on THE WEBSITE, the accreditation of the intellectual property rights indicated and an express declaration in which the interested party takes responsibility for the veracity of the information provided in the notification.

Communication on advertising, recruitment and partners

According to the Spanish Lawyers Code of Ethics in its article number 18, we inform all our clients that DEED collaborates in commercial recruitment with Agencies and Real Estate Agencies. We also have a large sales team.

Comments Policy

Comments on THE WEBSITE are allowed to enrich the contents and to make queries.

Comments that are not related to the subject matter of THE WEBSITE, which include defamation, insults, personal attacks or disrespect in general towards the author or other members, shall not be admitted.

Comments containing information that is obviously misleading or false, as well as comments containing personal information, such as private addresses or telephone numbers, and which violate our data protection policy, shall also be deleted.

Exclusion of guarantees and responsibilities

DEED does not give any guarantee nor is responsible, in any case, for any damages of any nature that may be caused by:

  • A usage that is illicit, negligent, fraudulent or contrary to this Legal Notice.

User and consumer guarantees

In accordance with EU regulations on guarantees and returns for consumers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return your order, for any reason and without justification. If the cooling-off period ends on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period (14 days from the date of purchase of the service or receipt of the product), the consumer shall inform the enterprise in writing of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract. To do so, he/she may use the following model withdrawal form where he/she can clearly express the decision to withdraw.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

In general, the relations between DEED and the users of its telematic services, present in THE WEBSITE, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction and to the courts of Málaga.
